[fixed/closed]Burn Away doesn't exile targeted creature

When the creature targeted by Burn Away dies, all other cards are exiled from its owner's graveyard, but the creature itself remains in that graveyard.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
