Describe the Bug:
Transmogrifying Licid enters the battlefield as a Swamp. It costs
though.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Transmogrifying Licid
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Transmogrifying Licid doesn't enter the battlefield as a Swamp.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
