[fixed/close]Tempting Licid grants trample, can't end effect

1) Tempting Licid does not grant the Lure ability to the enchanted creature. Instead, it grants trample.
2) Once its enchanting a creature. there doesn't seem to be a way to have it become a creature by paying

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Tempting Licid grants the Lure ability to the enchanted creature.
It can be reverted to its creature state by paying.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
