[fixed/closed]Leeching Licid can't end effect

There is no way to have Leeching Licid become a creature once it's attached to a creature.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Leeching Licid
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Leeching Licid's controller can pay
to have it become a creature when it's enchanting a creature.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Probably other Licids
