[fixed/closed]Soulshriek can target opp's crits, no pump

Describe the Bug:
1) Soulshriek can target creatures controlled by its controller's opponent.
2) The targeted creature does not get +X/+0 until end of turn. It is sacrificed at end of turn, though.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Soulshriek
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Soulshriek can't target creatures controlled by its controller's opponent.
The targeted creature gets +X/+0 until end of turn.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
