Describe the Bug:
Amulet of Unmaking's activated ability can be activated at instant speed.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Amulet of Unmaking

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Amulet of Unmaking's activated ability can be activated at sorcery speed.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
