Describe the Bug:
When Harmattan Efreet's activated ability resolves, the targeted creature gets +0/+32 until end of turn. The target does not get flying.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Harmattan Efreet

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Harmattan Efreet's activated ability resolves, the targeted creature gains flying end of turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in 42cfeac

Effect is now correct, but the activation cost is now BG instead of 1UU.
