Describe the Bug:
Alms can't be cast.

When debugged into play, its ability can't be ac6tivated either.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Alms

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Alms can be cast.

Alms can be activated.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
