[fixed/closed]Hakim, Loreweaver bad tap

1) Activating Hakim, Loreweaver's first actiavted ability (recur aura) taps Hakim.
2) Activating Hakim, Loreweaver's second activated ability (destroy attached auras) doesn't tap Hakim. It can't be activated when Hakim is affected by summoning sickness, though.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Activating Hakim, Loreweaver's first activated ability does not tap Hakim.
Activating Hakim, Loreweaver's second activated ability taps Hakim.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
