[fixed/closed]Dominating Licid permanent control of target

Describe the Bug:
1) Dominating licid's controller permanently gains control of the creature targeted by Dominating Licid. When Licid leaves the battlefield the targeted creature's owner does not regain control of it.

2) Dominating Licid is not attached to the targeted creature, when the ability is activated. Once Licid's controller has gained control of a creature this way, activating Licid's ability targeting another creature does not do anything, though.

3) Like with the other Licids, there is no way to end Dominating Licid's effect and have it become a creature again.

Attaches correctly, unattaches correctly. But if it is destroyed while it is an aura, control of creature does not revert to previous controller (however, if you unattach it control does revert).
