[fixed/closed]Clot Sliver doesn't grant regeneration to self

If Clot Sliver would be dealt lethal damage or it would be destroyed, its controller can't pay
in order to regenerate it.
The regeneration granted by Clot Sliver works for other Slivers, though.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If Clot Sliver would be dealt lethal damage or it would be destroyed, its controller can pay in order to regenerate it.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
