Describe the Bug:
Forbidden Ritual can only target its controller's opponent as intended.

However, when it resolves, for each nontoken permanent sacrificed by its controller, said controller has to choose between losing 2 life, discarding a card, or sarcificing a permanent, and act accordingly.
