Describe the Bug:
Chaosphere grants reach to all permanents except for creatures with flying, and to Richard Garfield.

Other than that, the card works fine.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Chaosphere

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Chaosphere grants reach to all creatures without flying.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
