Describe the Bug:
Dream Cache currently lets you place one card on top of your library and one on the bottom; by the current Oracle wording, you should have to place both cards in the same place.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Dream Cache

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Dream Cache should require that you either place both cards on top of your library, or both on the bottom.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
No idea.

All go to the same place, but 3 cards are put on top/bottom instead of 2. Also, don't know if it is possible, but could the help text on the card choice box be intelligent and say top or bottom depending on the choice instead of saying 'top or bottom'?
