[fixed/closed]Mindswipe can't pay X, remains on bf

Describe the Bug:
1) The player can't spend mana on {X}

after paying the base cost of {U}

.
Hence, X is always 0 and the targeted spell is not countered.

2) Mindswipe remains on the battlefield after resolving.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Mindswipe

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Fixed bug 2 in 03eedf7
Bug 1 are bad values in "ct_all" and "manalink".
