[fixed/closed]Molting Snakeskin +2/+1, bad legacy card

Describe the Bug:
1) The creature enchanted by Molting Snakeskin gets +2/+1.

2) A legacy effect card, presumable used for regenerating the enchanted creature, is put onto the battlefield under Snakeskin's controller's opponent's control, effectively making it impossible to regenerate teh creature if it is controlled by Snakeskin's oontroller.

3) The legacy card remains on the battlefield when Snakeskin leaves the battlefield.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Enchanted creature gets +2/+0.

The legacy card is put onto the battlefield under teh enchanted creature's controller's control and is removed when Snakeskin leaves the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

legacy card fixed, but still gives +2/+1 instead of +2/0
