Describe the Bug:
Wild Guess can be cast without having another card to discard if it is the only card on your hand.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Wild Guess

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/11/14: Khans of Tarkir,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Wild Guess can't be cast if you don't have a card to discard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Code seems fine, could you check in a clean game ?

- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod

In a clean game Wild Guess can be cast if it is the only card in your hand. It is a bug.
