[fixed/closed]Spite // Malice can't be cast for Spite

Describe the Bug:
1- Spite // Malice can't be cast for Spite to counter a non-creature spell.
2- Also it has this bug that we met recently that if you pay manually the cost to cast it,it will ask to pay the mana twice while if you autotap Malice will be cast fine.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Spite // Malice

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/11/14: Khans of Tarkir,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Spite // Malice you can counter non-creature spells.
2- No matter if use autotap or use manual mana you have to pay the mana cost once.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Note: when asking for mana twice, the second time it asks for 3U, while the first time is the correct 3B (casting for Malice).

In fact I have met when asking to pay a second time at times the Spite cost at others the Malice cost.
