Describe the Bug:
Has Atalya, Samite Master been recoded?because she was fixed here:
viewtopic.php?f=110&t=12140&p=148203&hilit=atalya#p135282
Atalya, Samite Master has the problem that although you can activate it when a creature is damaged you are not asked which ability to choose and then select damage card but aytomatically uses ability to gain live.
You are only asked what ability you want to use if there is no damage inflicted, if then you choose prevent damage it will ask you for damage card but there is no damage of course to select.If you choose gain life works fine.

EDIT: only applies when using autotap, doing it manually works fine.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Atalya, Samite Master if a creature is inflicted damage (or if she can be done correctly at any time she asks what ability to use)and you select her asks you what ability you want to use and then it does whatever you choose.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

You are partly correct so am I as if you use autotapping Atalya, Samite Master assumes you will use the gain life ability and doesn't ask for ability to use.If you manually tap the mana then you can prevent damage made to creatures just fine.
