Primeval Bounty when you cast a non-creature spell the ability to put 3 +1/+1 counters to a creature you control is optional.
The other 2 options are correctly mandatory.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Primeval Bounty all options including putting counters are mandatory.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
