[fixed/closed]dump error - Cremate

Describe the Bug:
I had this dump error in AI's turn maybe is Verduran Emissary kicker that needs to use Phyrexian Altar to sacrifice a creature? If I debug her out of AI's hand no dump error.

Using your savegame I got the dump when AI cast Cremate w/o using the Phyrexian Altar.

Well, Cremate code was really old and clumsy, I've remade it in efaa6ef
Consider this fixed.
