Describe the Bug:
1) Return to the Ranks prompts its controller to pay (or convoke) before selecting targets and then prompts that player to pay (or convoke) again when targets have been chosen.

2) It doesn't prompt its controller to pay after targets have been chosen. It simply returns all targets to the battlefield after has been paid for the second time.

3) Return to the Ranks remains on the battlefield after resolution.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Return to the Ranks charges only once, charges and is put into its owner's graveyard after resolution.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

There was a global bug which affected Chord of Calling too and it's fixed.

Can't cast Return to the Ranks if you don't have an untapped creature. Casting normally causes the spell to be rejected back to your hand. If cast using convoke it resolves but doesn't do anything.

If no untapped creatures on your bf can't cast.

If cast normally rejected back to hand.

If cast using convoke it asks for creature to tap (if chosen not tapped), then asks for creatures to return, after selecting them are asked again to play normally or convoke. If normally rejects back to hand. If convoke resolves but does nothing.

Convoke was bugges, it's fixed in dev.

Convoke appears to work and gets to resolution just fine but nothing actually happens (nothing gets returned to bf).

Already fixed now closed.
