Describe the Bug:
Dragon-Style Twins doesn't have double strike.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Dragon-Style Twins has double strike.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bad values in "ct_all". Fixed.
