[fixed/closed]Overwhelming Instinct doesn't trigger

Describe the Bug:
Overwhelming Instinct doesn't trigger when its controlelr attacks with three or more creatures.
This has been reported before and was supposedly fixed.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Overwhelming Instinct
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Overwhelming Instinct triggers when its controlelr attacks with three or more creatures.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bad values in "ct_all". Fixed.
