When Siege Dragon attacks, it deals 5 damage to each creature without flying its controller's opponent controls, unless that player controls a Wall.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Siege Dragon attacks, it deals 2 damage to each creature without flying its controller's opponent controls, unless that player controls a Wall.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
