[fixed/closed]Scourge of Kher Ridges bad damage

Describe the Bug:
1) When Scourge of Kher Ridges's first activated ability resolves, it deals 8 damage to each creature without flying.
2) When the second activated ability resolves, no damage is dealt to any creature.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Scourge of Kher Ridges
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Scourge of Kher Ridges's first activated ability resolves, it deals 2 damage to each creature without flying.
When the second activated ability resolves, it deals 6 damage to each creature with flying.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
