[fixed/close]Leyline of Anticipation can't be cast from hand

Leyline of Anticipation can't be cast, even with enough mana open. (This is a separate issue from the EDH opening hand bug)
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/11/14: Khans of Tarkir,duel (EDH)
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The card can be cast like all other spells.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
The other Leylines seem to work fine in this regard.
