[fixed/closed]Path of Bravery doesn't boost-if life is equal

Describe the Bug:
Path of Bravery doesn't boost you creatures if your life is equal to your starting life so it doesn't boost them when your life is 20.(I suppose the same is true for EDH and 40 life and any custom game that sets life)
It boosts them if life is bigger.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Path of Bravery
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/11/14: Khans of Tarkir,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Path of Bravery has to give +1/+1 to your creatures if starting life is Equal and bigger to your starting life.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
