[fixed/closed]Defender en-Vec no prompt to prevent damage

Defender en-Vec when you or a creature gets damaged or before you or a creature gets damaged is activated it doesn't ask for target damage card or player,creature it just goes to stack and then nothing happens.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Defender en-Vec
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
