Describe the Bug:
Xenagos, God of Revels's triggered ability only triggers if its controller controls a creature without summoning sickness.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Xenagos, God of Revels

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
KOT, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Xenagos, God of Revels's triggered abilily also triggers if all creatures its controller controls are summoning sick.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This has come up before. The problem is that the trigger occurs at beginning of combat and if you don't control a creature w/o summoning sickness the program skips combat. BUT, if you manually tell it to stop at combat phase it triggers and you can attack.
