Describe the Bug:
Neurok Invisimancer etb is optional you can click cancel when asked to target a creature and don't target.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Neurok Invisimancer

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/11/14: Khans of Tarkir,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Neurok Invisimancer etb is obligatory.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
