Describe the Bug:
Parallax Nexus asks for target player & can target it's controller.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Parallax Nexus

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/11/14: Khans of Tarkir,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Parallax Nexus doesn't ask for target player and targets only the opponent.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
