Describe the Bug:
When you cast Transmute Artifact, it treats the casting cost of whatever artifact you sacrifice as zero -- that is, you have to pay the full cost for the artifact you bring into play, rather than its casting cost reduced by the cost of whatever you sacrificed.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The secondary come-into-play cost for Transmute Artifact should be reduced by the cost of the artifact you sacrificed.

No idea. This may be related to the fact that X casting cost cards are listed as costing 0 in the display?

Just as a note, this applies whether the sac'd artifact's cost is less than or greater than the searched for artifact.
