Describe the Bug:
Teferi, Temporal Archmage enters the battlefield with 3 loyality counters on it.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Teferi, Temporal Archmage

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
C14U, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Teferi, Temporal Archmage enters the battlefield with 5 loyality counters on it.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
