[fixed/closed]Nivix Guildmage doesn't ask for target

Describe the Bug:
1- Nivix Guildmage when you activate his copy ability auto targets the instant or sorcery on stack the copy goes on stack BUT then doesn't ask if you want to target new targets or not (if the copied spell targets of course ),
1a- and then it doesn't have any effect.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Nivix Guildmage when you cast instant or sorceries and activate copy ability the copy goes on stack (and if the original card targets) has to ask whether you want new target or not if you want new target ask which if not copy the original target,
1a- copy has effect/resolves.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
