[fixed/closed]Splintering Wind tokens cumulative upkeep - AI

Describe the Bug:
Splintering Wind 's tokens-cumulative upkeep has problems for AI only as for same turn tokens AI sometimes has to pay more (and more counters are added to the tokens instead of +1 to all tokens of same turn)
For player every time the card behaved correctly.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Splintering Wind cumulative upkeep always puts +1 counter every turn to all AI tokens.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It seemed like the first token got 1 age counter and the second that triggered got 2.

This seems that has been fixed and so closed now.
