Describe the Bug:
When Sylvan Safekeeper is tapped or is affected by summoning sickness, its activated ability can't be activated.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
C14U, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Sylvan Safekeeper is tapped or is affected by summoning sickness, its activated ability can be activated.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed 84fb44c.
PS: It's only an "already fixed" if you specifically remember fixing something after the most recent release. If something looks like it's already been fixed and you test it, that's a "can't repro", even if nobody's been committing except you. If something looks like it's already been fixed and you don't test it, that's at most a "looks ok to me, are you sure?". This was case 3.
