When Sarkhan the Mad's -2 ability targets a creature controlled by Sarkhan's controller's opponent, the 5/5 Dragon creature token is put onto the battlefield under Sarkhan's controller's control.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The dragon token is put onto the battlefield under the control of teh sacrificed creature's controller.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
