[fixed/closed]Rotlung Reanimator two tokens when it dies

When Rotlung Reanimator dies, two black 2/2 Zombie creature tokens are put onto the battlefield under its controller's control.
This doesn't seem to affect other dying Cleric creatures.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
