[fixed/closed]Wizard Mentor only activatable when tapped

Describe the Bug:
1) Wizard Mentor's activated ability can only be activated when it's tapped (and not affected by summoning sickness).

2) Most of the time, the ability doesn't return the targetted creature (but does return Mentor itself) to its owner's hand. The only creature I've been able to make it work with was a Saproling creature token put onto the battlefield by Greener Pastures.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Wizard Mentor's activated ability can only be activated when it's untapped (and not affected by summoning sickness).
The targetted creature is returned to its owner's hand.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Confirmed it can also target correctly itself but then it returns also the new 1/1 saproling by Greener Pastures with summoning sickness - in random?
