Aura Flux prompts its controller to pay
for controlling it at the beginning of his/her upkeep.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Aura Flux prompts its controller to pay for each other enchantment that player controls at the beginning of his/her upkeep.
