[fixed/closed]Expunge help text vanishes

When the mana to cast Expunge has been paid, the help text box vanishes for the duration of target selection, making it impossible to cancel.
Illegal target help texts and targetting itself work fine.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Expunge
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
C14U, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Help text doesn't vanish.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
