Describe the Bug:
Fatal Lore this may not be a bug (but in many games AI never chosen the other option): When you cast for any reason Fatal Lore while AI has none creature on the battlefield AI still chooses human "opponent draws 3 cards".
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When you cast for any reason Fatal Lore while AI has none creature (or even 1 or 2 useless creatures but that is way too difficult/impossible to implement I guess) on the battlefield AI should have the option to select "draw 3 cards and opponent kills 2 of my creatures" which in this case would be the best choice in most games.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
