Describe the Bug:
Mortiphobia doesn't exile the card chosen from graveyard it remains in the graveyard.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Mortiphobia exiles the card chosen from graveyard.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Doesn't work in your savegame, but works in a clean game.

Edit: Once both gy's have cards in them it stops working. If there is only cards in your gy and none in opponents then it works correctly. But once you have been asked to choose a gy it stops working.
