Phyrexian War Beast when exiled by Vengeful Dreams doesn't make 1 damage to owner nor forces owner to sacrifice a land.(same if exiled by Swords to Plowshares)
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Phyrexian War Beast when leaves the battlefield triggers.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
