[fixed/closed]Diminishing Returns not shuffling all from gy

I saw this happen only if Diminishing Returns is played by AI and only few times: It doesn't shuffle all cards from AI's graveyard to the library and neither shuffles all mine.In the attached savegame we both have 2 cards left in the graveyard after Diminishing Returns has resolved.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Diminishing Returns
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Diminishing Returns shuffles all the cards from graveyards to their owners library.
