Describe the Bug:
Steel Hellkite's second ability can only be activated after it has dealt damage to a player.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Steel Hellkite
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The ability should be able to be activated at any time (once per turn), it just won't do anything if there was no combat damage .
Relevant ruling: " You may activate the last ability even if Steel Hellkite hasn't dealt combat damage to any players that turn. If you do, the ability won't do anything."
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
