[fixed/closed]Cleansing Meditation counts cards it kills

Describe the Bug:
Cleansing Meditation counts threshold ability after it resolves.AI cast Cleansing Meditation with 6 cards into his graveyard so threshold can't trigger but Strength of Isolation AI had got destroyed by Cleansing Meditation and then counted for threshold ability.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Cleansing Meditation? threshold ability in general?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Cleansing Meditation while on the stack doesn't destroy the cards and they don't count for it's threshold ability.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
