[fixed/clos]Hibernation Sliver activated x times = x to hand

Hibernation Sliver when used by AI at least has the usual bug that can use it's ability on the stack multiple times and that many copies of Hibernation Sliver return to hand.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When activated multiple times on stack only the last activation first to resolve finds a target - Hibernation Sliver to return back to hand the others do nothing.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
