[fixed/clos]Soul Net can trigger from death phase/turn later

Soul Net keeps track of a creature that died if for example you couldn't pay/no mana available to trigger when the creature died (or something like that)and it will trigger later when something else is cast("triggered effects?...cards to graveyard") menu will appear.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Soul Net can trigger Only whenever a creature dies not later.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
